This research aimed at designing a unit in Nanotechnology and its applications based on Constructive learning and measuring its effectiveness in develop Nano. Literacy for 2nd.preparatory school pupils. The research sample reached (45) pupils in 2nd.preparatory school grade, the researcher has prepared a list of Nano concepts that can be developed for pupils and has prepared a list of Nano applications in different fields; so he has designed a unit in Nanotechnology and its applications based on Constructive learning. The researcher prepared the research tools and found a statistically significant difference between the average scores of the pupils in the experimental group in favor of the post- application of the research tools. The results showed that the unit, designed for efficiency and size, has a significant impact on the development of Nano. Literacy.
