المستخلص: تؤكد الاتجاهات التربوية المعاصرة على أهمية التعلم من خلال الخبرة والعمل ومساعدة المتعلمين على كيفية التعلم والاستقلالية في تعلمهم والتكامل بين المعارف والخبرات النظرية التي يقوموا بدراستها، والتطبيقات العملية لتلك المعارف من خلال توظيفها في خدمة المجتمع بحيث يصبح التعلم المدرسي وسيلة للمشاركة الفاعلة في الحياة والواقع المجتمعي وأداة فعالة لتطويرهما. وفي هذا الإطار تأتي استراتيجية التعلم الخدمي باعتبارها إحدى استراتيجيات التعليم والتعلم المعاصرة لتدعم تلك التوجهات من خلال تعزيز أدوار المتعلمين في المواقف التعليمية المختلفة سواء داخل المجتمع المدرسي أو خارجه، حيث تؤكد على أن عملية التعلم تعد بمثابة نتاج للتفاعل بين الفرد والبيئة، كما تركز على أهمية التعلم بالخبرة والعمل القائم على فلسفة التعلم النشط، مما يساهم في تكوين شخصية المتعلمين تكوينا متوافقا على مستويات ذات جوانب متعددة نفسيا، واجتماعيا، وأكاديميا، ويفعل دورهم في العملية التعليمية بما يحقق مفهوم التعلم من أجل الحياة، وينعكس على فعاليتهم الذاتية. انطلاقا مما سبق تأتي تلك التوجهات متوافقة مع منطلقات وأهداف التربية الفنية المعاصرة، وما تنطوي عليه ممارسة أنشطتها المختلفة من أدوار لها انعكاس على المجتمع والبيئة من ناحية، وعلى شخصية الفرد من ناحية آخري. حيث أصبح من المؤكد استحالة عزل أدوار وأبعاد التربية الفنية عن المجتمع والبيئة المحيطة، كما أن تدريسها لم يعد مقتصرا على الممارسات التشكيلية فحسب؛ بل تبلورت الحاجة إلى التوفيق بين الوظائف الاجتماعية والفردية والروحية والسيكولوجية للفن، ومع هذا التوجه المعاصر لأهداف التربية الفنية وتبلور الدور المزدوج لها، فإن الدراسة الحالية تبحث في بيان أثر برنامج مقترح في التربية الفنية قائم على استراتيجية التعلم الخدمي في تنمية الفعالية الذاتية لدي طلاب المرحلة الثانوية.

Contemporary educational trends emphasize the importance of learning through experience, work, helping learners on how to learn, independence in their learning, and the integration of the knowledge and theoretical experiences they study, and the practical applications of that knowledge through their employment in the service of the community so that school learning becomes a means of effective participation in the life and community reality and an effective tool for their development. In this context, the service-learning strategy comes as one of the contemporary teaching and learning strategies to support these trends by enhancing learners' roles in different educational situations both within and outside the school community. This strategy emphasizes that the learning process is a product of interaction between the individual and the environment. It also focuses on the importance of learning with experience and work based on the philosophy of active learning, which contributes to the formation of learners' personalities that is compatible at levels with multiple aspects psychologically, socially, and academically, and activates their role in the educational process in order to achieve the concept of learning for life, and reflects on their subjective effectiveness. Therefore, these trends are consistent with the starting points and objectives of contemporary art education. The roles involved in the exercise of its various activities reflect society and the environment, on the one hand, and on the personality of the individual on the other. It has become certain that it is impossible to isolate the roles and dimensions of art education from society and the surrounding environment. Its teaching is no longer limited to only formative practice; instead, the need to reconcile the social, individual, spiritual, and psychological functions of art has crystallized. With this contemporary orientation of the goals of art education and the crystallization of its dual role, the current study examines the impact of a proposed program in art education based on the service-learning strategy in the development of self-effectiveness among high school students.
