المستخلص: يهدف البحث الى:- ١. قياس مستوى الذكاء الثقافي لدى طلبة المرحلة الاعدادية. ٢. قياس مستوى التعاطف الوجداني لدى طلبة المرحلة الاعدادية. ٣. التعرف على العلاقة بين مستوى الذكاء الثقافي والتعاطف الوجداني لدى طلبة المرحلة الاعدادية. ٤. التعرف على الفروق في العلاقة بين مستوى الذكاء الثقافي والتعاطف الوجداني وفقال. أ- الموقع (طلبة زاخو الاصليين -الطلبة النازحين في جم مشكو. ب – الجنس (ذكور-إناث). ت – التخصص (علمي-إنساني). وتكونت عينة البحث من (٢٤٠) طالبا وطالبة، (١٢٠) طالبا وطالبة من مدارس زاخو وما يماثلهم من النازحين في مخيمات جم مشكو من طلبة المرحلة الاعدادية في قضاء زاخو للمراحل الدراسية الرابع الاعدادي بفرعيه والخامس اعدادي بفرعيه للعام الدراسي (٢٠١٨-2019)، واستخدمت الباحثة أداتين لتحقيق أهداف البحث الاولى (مقياس مستوى الذكاء الثقافي) المعد من قبل (الحصناوي وعيدي، ٢٠١٠) والذي يتكون من (٤٠) فقرة ذات خمس بدائل وهي (تنطبق علي بدرجة كبيرة جدا، تنطبق على بدرجة كبيرة، تنطبق على بدرجة معتدلة، تنطبق على بدرجة قليلة، لا تنطبق علي)، والأداة الثانية هي (مقياس التعاطف الوجداني) الذي أعده كل من (دافيد كارسو وجون مالير David Caruso & John Mayer عام 1998) وقام بترجمته واعداده للغة العربية العاسمي (٢٠١٣)، ويتكون المقياس من (٣٠) فقرة وخمس بدائل هي (دائما، غالبا، أحيانا، نادرا، أبدا) ومن أهم الوسائل الاحصائية المستخدمة هي (معامل ارتباط بيرسون، الاختبار (T-test) لعينة واحدة، الاختبار (T-test) لعينتين مستقلتين والاختبار التائي لدلالة معاملات الارتباط والاختبار الزائي للفرق بين معاملي الارتباط ومن أهم النتائج التي توصل لها البحث أن هنالك فرق دال إحصائيا بين المتوسط المحسوب والمتوسط الفرضي، لصالح المتوسط المحسوب في مستوى الذكاء الثقافي وهذا يدل على أن طلبة المرحلة الاعدادية يتمتعون بمستوى ذكاء ثقافي عالي بصورة عامة. وأظهرت النتائج بأن طلبة عينة البحث يتمتعون بمستوى تعاطف وجداني عالي بصورة عامة، وأن هذا التعاطف يدل على مدى شعور الطلبة بالوضع الانساني للآخرين ومحاولة مساعدتهم وأن هنالك علاقة وثيقة بين مستوى الذكاء الثقافي والتعاطف الوجداني، وهذا يدل على أن مستوى الذكاء الثقافي للفرد له علاقة بمستوى تعاطفه الوجداني مع الآخرين وأنه لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا لمعاملات الارتباط وفقا للمتغيرات وهذا يدل على أن مستوى الذكاء الثقافي والتعاطف الوجداني لا يؤثر فيهم الموقع والجنس والتخصص، إذا أنها حالة يتمتع بها الأفراد نتيجة التنشئة الاجتماعية وثقافة المجتمع وأن جميع الطلاب يتعرضون إلى نفس المؤثرات في المجتمع ومن أهم التوصيات التي خرج بها البحث اعداد برامج تساعد في تنمية الذكاء الثقافي لدى العاملين في المجالات النفسية والذين يتعاملون مع فئات من ثقافات مختلفة. ومن المقترحات التي توصلت لها الباحثة العمل على إجراء بحوث ودراسات من أجل التوسع أكثر في دراسة طبيعة العلاقة بين مستوى الذكاء الثقافي ودرجة التعاطف الواجداني.

The research aims at: - 1. Measuring the level of cultural intelligence among high school students 2. Measuring the level of emotional empathy among high school students 3. Learn about the relationship between the level of cultural intelligence and emotional empathy among high school students 4. Identify the differences in the relationship between the level of cultural intelligence and emotional empathy according to A. The site (Zakho original students -displaced students in Cha-Mashko B. gender (male-female) C. specialization (scientific -humanitarian) the research sample consisted of (240) students (males, females), in which (120) students from Zakho schools and similar number of displaced students in the camps of Cha-Mashko camp of the high school in Zakho district for the fourth graders of high school and the fifth graders in the high school both in in the two mentioned branches, for the academic year (2018-2019), and the researcher used two performances to achieve the first research objective(measure of the level of cultural intelligence) prepared by (Al-Husnawi and EidY 2010), which consists of (40) paragraphs with five alternatives which are (highly Applicable to me, Applicable to me, Averagely applicable to me, Rarely applicable to me, not applicable to me), and the second tool is (measure of sympathy) Prepared by David Caruso and John Mayer in1998(translated and prepared for The Arabic Language by Al-Asmi (2013), the scale consists of (30) paragraphs and five alternatives are (always, often, sometimes, rarely, never) and the most important statistical means used are (Pearson correlation coefficient), (T-test) for one sample, test (T-test) for two independent samples and t test to indicate correlation coefficients and the statistical test of the difference in the two coefficients of correlation and one of the most important results of the research is that there is a difference d statistically between the calculated average and the hypothetical average, in favor of the average calculated in the level of cultural intelligence and this indicates that the students of the stage experience a high cultural intelligence level in general. And the results showed that the students of the research sample have a high level of emotional empathy in general, and that this sympathy indicates the extent of the students' sense of the human condition of others and try to help them and that there is a close relationship between the level of cultural intelligence and emotional empathy, and this indicates that the level of cultural intelligence of the individual has to do with the level of emotional sympathy with others and that there are no statistical differences for the coefficients of correlation according to the given variables and this indicates that the level of cultural intelligence and emotional sympathy The location, gender, and specialization do not affect them, so it is a situation that individuals enjoy as a result of socialization and community culture, and that all students are exposed to the same influences in society. Among the most important recommendations that came out of the research is the preparation of programs that help in developing cultural intelligence among workers in the psychological fields who deal with groups from different cultures. Among the proposals reached by the researcher is to work on research and studies in order to expand further in studying the nature of the relationship between the level of cultural intelligence and the degree of empathy.
