|a التعلم الإلكتروني هو استخدام الوسائط الإلكترونية والحاسوبية في عملية نقل وإيصال المعلومات للمتعلم، وقد يكون هذا الاستخدام في الصورة البسيطة كاستخدام وسائل إلكترونية مساعدة في عملية عرض المعلومات أو لإلقاء الدروس في الفصول التقليدية، وبالرغم من النمو المتزايد للتعلم الإلكتروني إلا أنه يواجه بعض العقبات والتحديات، لذلك فإن استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات واستراتيجيات التعلم الإلكتروني يمكن أن يعطي معنى فعال وكافٍ (مناسب) لتقييم فعالية التعليم والتدريس، وكذلك تتميز الاختبارات الإلكترونية بحسن إدارة الوقت، كما أنها تقدم العديد من الخدمات للمعلمين، لذا كان من الواجب نشر ثقافة التقويم الإلكتروني بين الطلاب والمعلمين، ووجود نماذج متعادلة (متكافئة) من الاختبارات، تسمح بتدارك الخطأ عن طريق حل اختبار محل الآخر، وتجهيز جميع الإمكانيات التكنولوجية اللازمة لها (إنترنت- معامل مجهزة- متخصصين) بالإضافة إلى جميع الإمكانيات المادية والإنشاءات اللازمة وغيرها.
|f E-learning encompasses the utilization of electronic and computer-based media to transmit and deliver information to learners. This utilization may take on various forms, including the use of electronic tools to aid in the presentation of information or facilitate lessons within traditional classroom settings. Despite the burgeoning expansion of e-learning, it encounters certain obstacles and challenges. Hence, harnessing information technology and e-learning strategies can furnish a potent and suitable means to assess the efficacy of education and instruction. Electronic examinations also offer the benefits of efficient time management and a multitude of services for educators. Given these advantages, it becomes imperative to disseminate the culture of electronic assessment among both students and educators. Additionally, implementing various types of tests that permit the rectification of errors through test substitution is crucial. This necessitates the provision of all requisite technological resources such as internet connectivity, well-equipped laboratories, specialized personnel, alongside the necessary infrastructure, materials, and other resources.
