|a هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز واقع تكوين الأستاذ الجامعي المتدرب وعلاقته بمعايير جودة البرامج التدريسية، وذلك من خلال تحليل محتوى المقابلات النصف توجيهية لغرض البحث على مستوى معهد علوم وتقنيات النشاطات البدنية والرياضية بجامعة عبد الحميد مهري، قمنا بإبراز علاقة تكوين الأستاذ الجامعي المتدرب وعلاقته بمعايير جودة البرامج التدريسية بحث أننا توصلنا إلى انه تكوين الأستاذ المتدرب يعتمد على التكوين الأكاديمي والمهني، وفرة التدريب العلمي الكافي، جودة المراجع العلمية المستعملة، التجديد العلمي وتطوير المعلومات، وتعزير النشاط الإبداعي والابتكاري. كما انه هناك عدة معايير لجودة برامج وطرق التدريس يعد الأستاذ الجامعي كتنويع مصادر المعلومات والقدرة على ربط الطالب بالواقع وتكامل بين النظري والتطبيقي كذلك ملاءمة البرامج لاحتياجات الطالب وسوق العمل كذلك المرونة للتجديد والتغيير لمواكبة التطور. وكذلك بالنسبة إلى معايير جودة طرق التدريس بحيث يستوجب وجود اتصال بصري، مراجعة الدروس، حث الطالب على المشاركة الفعالة، واستخدام وسائل الكترونية، تنويع مستوى الصوت بالإضافة إلى تحديد الأهداف ومصطلحات الدرس.
|b This study investigated the training of university trainee and its relationship with the quality standards of the university curriculum and program via the analysis of semi-directive interviews to a randomly selected number of teachers at the institute of physical and sports activities as a tool of research to be analyzed. The results show that the university teacher trainee rely on the academic and professional training, the availability of scientific and objective training, the development and the improvement of science, the encouragement of pedagogical creativity. The awareness of quality standards among teachers allows the university trainee teacher to renew his lessons to meet the students’ needs through the use of the internet technologies.
|d Cette étude a examiné la formation des stagiaires universitaires et sa relation avec les normes de qualité du programme universitaires à travers l'analyse d'entretiens semi-directifs avec un nombre des enseignants choisis au hasard à l'institut d'activités physiques et sportives comme outil de recherche à analyser. Les résultats montrent que le stagiaire enseignant universitaire s'appuie sur la formation académique et professionnelle, la disponibilité de formations scientifiques, le développement et l'amélioration de la science, l'encouragement de la créativité pédagogique. La prise de conscience des normes de qualité chez les enseignants permet à l'enseignant stagiaire universitaire de renouveler ses cours pour répondre aux besoins des étudiants grâce à l'utilisation des technologies Internet.
