|a هدف البحث إلى تعرف أثر برنامج تدريبي مقترح لمعلمي المرحلة الابتدائية على تنمية مهارات استخدم التقويم البديل، والاتجاه نحو حركات إصلاح تعلم العلوم، وقياس أثر ذلك على أداء تلاميذهم، واعتمد البحث المنهج التجريبي ذو التصميم القائم على المجموعة الواحدة والتي تكونت من (25) معلما، وعلى التصميم ذو المجموعتين الضابطة والتجريبية لقياس أداء عينة (30) تلميذا بإدارة أسيوط التعليمية، وتضمنت أدوات البحث بطاقة ملاحظة مهارات استخدام المعلمين للتقويم البديل، ومقياس اتجاه المعلمين نحو حركات إصلاح التعليم، ومقياس تقدير أداء التلاميذ Rubric، تم تطبيق أدوات البحث قبليا، وتطبيق البرنامج التدريبي، ثم تطبيق أدوات البحث بعديا، وقد أظهرت نتائج البحث وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات معلمي المرحلة الابتدائية في التطبيقين القبلي والبعدي في كل من مقياس الاتجاه، وبطاقة ملاحظة مهارات استخدام التقويم البديل لصالح التطبيق البعدي، ووجود فرق دال إحصائيا بين متوسطي درجات تلاميذ المجموعتين التجريبية (تلاميذ المعلمين المتدربين) والضابطة في التطبيق البعدي لمقياس تقدير الأداء لصالح المجموعة التجريبية.
|b The aim of the research is to know the impact of a training program for primary school teachers on developing skills using alternative assessment, and their attitude towards science reform movements, and measuring the impact of this on the performance of their pupils. The research adopted the quasi-experimental approach with one group (25) teachers, and with the two groups control and experimental groups for a sample of (30) pupils. The results showed that there were statistically significant differences between the average grades of teachers in the two applications, the pre and post applications, in each of the attitude scale, and observation card for skills of using the alternative assessment in favor of the post application, and there was a statistically significant difference between the mean scores of the pupils of the two groups in the post application of the rubric in favor of the experimental group.
