المستخلص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى التزام المؤسسات الاقتصادية العمومية الجزائرية بمسؤوليتها الاجتماعية اتجاه عنصرها البشري، من خلال إجراء دراسة ميدانية على عينة عشوائية ميسرة من الموارد البشرية في المؤسسات التالية الناشطة في ولاية غليزان: مديرية توزيع الغاز والكهرباء، تعاونية الحبوب والبقول الجافة، مؤسسة CHAUDRAL. وتم اعتماد المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والاستبيان والمقابلة كأداة دراسة أين تم توزيع 96 استبيان على موظفي المؤسسات محل الدراسة بمعدل 23 استبيان لكل مؤسسة، وتم استعادة 62 استبيان. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن هذه المؤسسات ليست مقصرة في مسؤوليتها الاجتماعية اتجاه مواردها البشرية، لكنها تفتقر للتطبيق الفعلي وتحتاج مزيدا من الاهتمام والجدية والمبادرات.

This study aimed to identify the extent to which the Algerian public economic institutions are committed to their social responsibility towards their human component, by conducting a field study on a random sample of human resources in the following institutions active in the state of Relizane: Directorate of Gas and Electricity Distribution, Grain and Dry Pulses Cooperative, Foundation CHAUDRAL. The descriptive analytical method was adopted and the questionnaire and interview were used as a study tool, where 69 questionnaires were distributed to the employees of the institutions under study, at a rate of 23 questionnaires for each institution, while 62 questionnaires were retrieved. This study has concluded that these institutions are not deficient in their social responsibility towards their human resources, but they lack an actual implementation and need more attention, seriousness and initiatives.

Cette étude visait à identifier dans quelle mesure les établissements publics économiques algériens sont engagés dans leur responsabilité sociale vis-à-vis de leur composante humaine, en menant une enquête de terrain sur un échantillon aléatoire de ressources humaines dans les établissements suivants actifs dans l'Etat de Relizane: Direction de Distribution de gaz et d'électricité, Coopérative de céréales et de légumineuses sèches, entreprise CHAUDRAL. La méthode analytique descriptive a été adoptée ainsi qur le questionnaire et l'entretien ont été utilisés comme outil d'étude, où 69 questionnaires ont été distribués aux employés des établissements à l'étude, à raison de 23 questionnaires pour chaque établissement, tandis que 62 questionnaires ont été récupérés. Cette étude a conclu que ces institutions ne sont pas déficientes dans leur responsabilité sociale envers leurs ressources humaines, mais elles manquent encore de mise en oeuvre effective et ont besoin de plus d'attention, de sérieux et d'initiatives.
