المستخلص: هدف البحث تعرف استخدام الإنفوجرافيك التفاعلي في تنمية مهارات التفكير البصري لدى المشرفين التربويين، وأظهرت نتائج البحث أهمية دور المشرفين التربويين في العملية التعليمية وأن أغلب ممارسات المشرفين وأدوارهم تتم من خلال التفاعل والتواصل مع المعلمين، وتتمركز على أداء أدوار فنية تتعلق بتحسين الممارسات الصفية والتدريسية للمعلمين، وأن مساهمات للمشرفين التربويين في تطوير الإدارة المدرسية، تظهر على شكل استشارات وتوصيات يقدمها المشرفون التربويون لمديري المدارس بخصوص بعض أوجه القصور التي تظهر في المدرسة، أو بخصوص تحسين أداء المدرسة وطاقمها وأحيانًا في مرافقها وهو ما يرتبط بمهارات التفكير البصري في التعرف على الممارسات التربوية وما تحتاجه من تطوير، ويوصي البحث بتفعيل دور مواقع الويب ومهارات تصميم العروض التعليمية المبنية على الإنفوجرافيك في العملية التعليمية. وتدريب المشرفين التربويين والمعلمين على استخدامها وتوظيفها في كافة جوانب العملية التعليمية. مع إجراء المزيد من الدراسات والبحوث المعنية بتطوير هذه التقنيات لمواكبة التطور التكنولوجي.

The objective of the research is to identify using the interactive info graphic in developing the visual thinking skills among educational supervisors. The results of the research showed the importance of the role of the educational supervisors in the educational process, as well showed that most of the practices of supervisors and their roles are done through interaction and communication with instructors and centered on performing technical roles related to improving classroom and teaching practices for instructors. The contributions of the educational supervisors in developing the school administration appear in the form of consultations and recommendations provided by educational supervisors to directors of schools concerning some of the lacks appeared in the school or improving the performance of school and its staff and sometimes its facilities and this is related to the visual thinking skills in identifying the educational practices and what is needed in development. The research recommends to activate the role of the websites and the skills of designing educational presentations based on info graphic in the educational process, train the educational supervisors and instructors on using and deploying them in all aspects of educational process, in addition to conduct further studies and researches concerned with the development of these techniques to keep pace with the technological development.
