المستخلص: هدف البحث إلى تعرف متطلبات الإصلاح الإداري في ضوء مدخل الهندرة من وجهة نظر مديري مدارس التعليم الثانوي العام في محافظة دمشق، وكذلك معرفة الفروق بين متوسطات إجابات أفراد عينة البحث على استبانة متطلبات الإصلاح الإداري في ضوء مدخل الهندرة تعزى للمتغيرات (سنوات الخبرة، المؤهل العلمي، الدورات التدريبية)، وتكونت عينة البحث من (61) مديرا ومديرة من مرحلة التعليم الثانوي العام في محافظة دمشق، استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، والاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات، وكان من أبرز النتائج التي تم التوصل إليها الآتي: 1-بلغت متطلبات الإصلاح الإداري في مدارس التعليم الثانوي العام في ضوء مدخل الهندرة من وجهة نظر أفراد عينة البحث درجة كبيرة بمتوسط حسابي وقدره (4,02)، أما ترتيب المتطلبات جاء وفق الآتي بالمرتبة الأولى جاءت المتطلبات الإدارية، يليها بالمرتبة الثانية المتطلبات المادية، ثم المتطلبات البشرية في المرتبة الثالثة، وجاءت المتطلبات التقنية في المرتبة الرابعة 2-توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05) بين متوسطات إجابات أفراد عينة البحث على استبانة متطلبات الإصلاح الإداري في ضوء مدخل الهندرة تعزى لمتغير سنوات الخبرة لصالح المديرين أصحاب سنوات الخبرة (10 سنوات فأكثر). 3- توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0,05) بين متوسطات إجابات أفراد عينة البحث على استبانة متطلبات الإصلاح الإداري في ضوء مدخل الهندرة تعزى لمتغير المؤهل العلمي لصالح المديرين أصحاب المؤهل العلمي دبلوم فأعلى) 4- لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0,05) بين متوسطات إجابات أفراد عينة البحث على استبانة متطلبات الإصلاح الإداري في ضوء مدخل الهندرة تعزى لمتغير الدورات التدريبية.

The aim of the research is to identify the requirements of administrative reform in the light of the engineering approach from the point of view of principals of general secondary education schools in the governorate of Damascus, as well as to know the differences between the averages of the answers of the research sample to the questionnaire of administrative reform requirements in the light of the engineering approach due to the variables (years of experience, academic qualification, training courses) The research sample consisted of (61) male and female principals from the general secondary education stage in the governorate of Damascus. The researcher used the descriptive analytical approach and the questionnaire as a tool for data collection. Among the most prominent results were the following: 1-The administrative reform requirements in general secondary education schools in the light of the engineering approach from the point of view of the research sample members reached a large degree with an arithmetic mean of (4.02). Humanity ranked third, and technical requirements came fourth. 2- There are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) between the averages of the responses of the research sample to the questionnaire of administrative reform requirements in the light of the engineering approach due to the variable years of experience in favor of managers with years of experience (10 years or more). 3- There are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) between the averages of the responses of the research sample to the questionnaire of administrative reform requirements in the light of the engineering entrance due to the educational qualification variable in favor of managers with academic qualifications (diploma and above). 4- There are no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) between the averages of the research sample's responses to the questionnaire of administrative reform requirements in the light of the engineering approach due to the training courses variable.
