The current research aimed to identify the design of a learning environment based on the reverse learning strategy and its impact on developing the skills of producing digital educational radio programs, and this requires the development of the knowledge side and the performance side of the skills of producing digital educational radio programs. The research sample consisted of 60 students from the first year students of the Department of Education Technology At the Faculty of Specific Education, Zagazig University, the research tools were an achievement test, a note card, and an educational product quality evaluation card to evaluate students ’performance in the skills of producing digital educational radio programs. The research reached the most important results the presence of a statistically significant difference in the level of achievement of cognitive performance and skill level and quality of the production of digital radio programs for educational students in the experimental group pre and post two applications for post-application.
