المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى استخدام استراتيجية الرحلات المعرفية في تنمية الوعي المعلوماتي لدى تلاميذ المرحلة الإعدادية فاستهدف البحث الحالي تنمية الوعى المعلوماتي لدى تلاميذ المرحلة الإعدادية عن طريق نمطى الدعم النصي والفيديو باستخدام استراتيجية الرحلات المعرفية في تحقيق ذلك، وتحددت مشكلة البحث في تدني مستوى التلاميذ في الوعي المعلوماتي الذي يؤثر بدوره على أداء المهام الخاصة بالبحث عن المعلومات والقيام بالأنشطة المكلفون بها من تقارير وأبحاث وإنتاج مصادر معلومات رقمية وللوصول لحل لهذه المشكلة فقد طرح الباحث السؤال الرئيس التالي: ما أثر نمط الدعم (نص/ فيديو) القائم على استراتيجية الرحلات المعرفية في تنمية الوعى المعلوماتي لدى تلاميذ المرحلة الإعدادية؟ أجريت تجربة البحث على عينة من تلاميذ المرحلة الإعدادية بلغت 60 تلميذ وتلميذة تم تقسيمهم لمجموعتين تجريبيتين أحدهما دعم نصي والثانية دعم بالفيديو، وأظهرت النتائج فاعلية المعالجات التجريبية التي أجريت على الرحلات المعرفية في تنمية الوعي المعلوماتي لدى التلاميذ وينتمي هذا البحث إلى فئة البحوث التي تستهدف دراسة واختبار العلاقات السببية بين المتغيرات المستقلة وأثرها على المتغيرات التابعة، لذلك يعد "المنهج التجريبي" من أكثر مناهج البحث ملائمة للتحقق من هذا الأثر والكشف عنه.

The study aimed to use the cognitive journeys strategy in developing information awareness among middle school students. The current research aimed at developing information awareness among middle school students through the text and video support styles. using the cognitive journeys strategy to achieve this. The problem of research was identified in the students’ low level of information awareness. which in turn affects the performance of tasks related to searching for information and carrying out the activities assigned to them. such as reports and research. and the production of digital information sources. and to reach a solution to this problem. The researcher asked the following main question: What is the effect of the support style (text/ video) based on the cognitive journey strategy in developing information awareness among middle school students? The research experiment was conducted on a sample of middle school students amounting to 60 male and female students. They were divided into two experimental groups. one of which is textual support and the second is video support. and the results showed the effectiveness of the experimental treatments conducted on cognitive journeys in developing information awareness among students. This research belongs to the category of research that aims to study and test the causal relationships between independent variables and their impact on dependent variables. so the “experimental method” is one of the most appropriate research methods to verify and reveal this effect.
