|a هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن مستوى الذكاء العاطفي وتحديد مدى مساهمة الأبعاد (إدارة الانفعالات استخدام العواطف، تحفيز الذات الوعي بالذات التواصل الاجتماعي) في التنبؤ بمتغير التوافق المهني، حيث أجريت الدراسة على عينة مكونة من تسعين (90) موظفا إداريا في كلية الطب لولاية وهران. قمنا بالاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي وعلى الأساليب الإحصائية التالية: المتوسط الحسابي، تحليل الانحدار المتعدد تهدف وهذا بالاستعانة على الحزمة الإحصائية (SPSS/26). وخلصت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: الوقوف على مستوى متوسط من الذكاء العاطفي، مع مساهمة أبعاد الذكاء العاطفي (استخدام العواطف والتواصل الاجتماعي)، في التنبؤ بمتغير التوافق المهني.
|b This study aims to reveal the level of emotional intelligence and determine the extent to which dimensions (emotion management, use of emotions, self-motivation, self-awareness, social communication) contribute to predicting the variable of professional compatibility, where the study was conducted on a sample of ninety (90) administrative employees at the Faculty of Medicine of the province of Oran. We relied on the descriptive approach and the following statistical methods: arithmetic mean, multiple regression analysis using the statistical package. (SPSS/26) The study concluded the following results: standing at an average level of emotional intelligence, with the equality of the dimensions of emotional intelligence (the use of emotions and social communication) , in predicting the variable of professional compatibility.
