المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن مميزات برامج تأهيل معلمين الطلاب ذوي الإعاقة الفكرية من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس في الجامعات السعودية، ومن أجل تحقيق هذا الهدف أعد الباحث استبانة للإجابة على أسئلة الدراسة، وقد طبقت على عينة من (٦٢) من أعضاء هيئة التدريس في الجامعات السعودية، وتوصلت النتائج أن أعضاء هيئة التدريس ترى أن برامج إعداد وتدريب معلمي الطلاب ذوي الإعاقة الفكرية تتوفر بها عديد من المميزات بدرجة كبيرة جدا؛ وقد جاء البعد الثالث (مميزات محتوى برامج الإعداد والتدريب) من حيث أنه أكثر مميزات هذه البرامج، ثم تلاه البعد الثاني (مميزات برامج التدريب)، ثم البعد الأول (مميزات برامج الإعداد)، كما توصلت النتائج إلى أن وجهة نظر المشاركين في مميزات البرامج لم تختلف باختلاف مستويات الخبرة، فقد كانت الفروق غير دالة، كما تبين عدم وجود فروق دالة بين الذكور والإناث في وجهة النظر حول مميزات البرامج، كما تبين عدم وجود فروق دالة بين مجموعتي الحاصلين على البكالوريوس والحاصلين على الدكتوراه في البعدين الأول والثاني والدرجة الكلية من الاستبانة ووجهة النظر حول مميزات البرامج، بينما تبين وجود فروق الدالة في البعد الثالث، حيث كانت الفروق دالة لصالح الحاصلين على الدكتوراه مقارنة بالحاصلين على البكالوريوس؛ حيث كان الحاصلون على الدكتوراه يرون مميزات هذه البرامج بشكل كبير مقارنة بالحاصلين على البكالوريوس، كما تبين أيضا أن هناك فروقا دالة بين مجموعتي الحاصلين على الماجستير والحاصلين على الدكتوراه في وجهة النظر حول مميزات البرامج، لصالح الحاصلين على الدكتوراه.

This study aimed at revealing the advantages of rehabilitation programs for teachers of students with intellectual disabilities from the point of view of faculty members in Saudi universities. In order to achieve this goal, the researcher developed a questionnaire to answer the questions of the study. It was administered to a sample of (62) faculty members at Saudi universities. Findings showed that the faculty members consider the preparation and training programs for teachers of students with intellectual disabilities that they have many advantages to a very large extent. The third dimension (characteristics of the content of preparation and training programs) came in that it is the most characteristic of these programs, followed by the second dimension (characteristics of training programs) , and then the first dimension (characteristics of preparation programs).The results also showed that the participants' point of view on the advantages of the programs did not differ according to the different levels of experience. It also showed that there were no significant differences between males and females in the point of view about the advantages of the programs, and it also showed that there were no significant differences between the two groups of those who obtained a bachelor's degree and those who obtained a doctorate in the first and second dimensions and the total score of the questionnaire and the point of view about the advantages of the programs. While it was found that there were significant differences in the third dimension, where the differences were a function in favor of holders of a doctorate compared to holders of a bachelor's degree. It was also found that there are significant differences between the two groups of master's degree holders and doctoral holders in the point of view about the advantages of the programs, in favor of the doctorate holders.
