|a تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى استكشاف مدى إتقان معلمات رياض الأطفال في مدينة جدة لمهارات القصة من وجهة نظرهن، وعلاقة ذلك بالشعور بالكفاءة الذاتية. استخدمت الباحثة منهجا وصفيا، حيث صممت استبانة لقياس ثلاث مهارات مرتبطة باستراتيجية القصة: إلقاء القصة، عرض القصة، واستثمار القصة، بناءً على متغيرات التخصص، ونوع المدرسة، وسنوات الخبرة، والتدريب. كما تضمنت الاستبانة محورًا حول شعور المعلمات بالكفاءة الذاتية تجاه أساليبهن في تطبيق القصة. تم توزيع الاستبانة على عينة استطلاعية مكونة من ۲۳ معلمة لقياس صدق وثبات بنودها، ثم طبقت على عينة أكبر تضم ١٠٤ معلمة. تم تحليل البيانات باستخدام برنامج الحزم الإحصائية SPSS. وأظهرت النتائج أن معلمات رياض الأطفال في جدة يمتلكن مهارات القصة بمستويات تتراوح بين المرتفعة جداً والمتوسطة، ولم تظهر النتائج فروقا ذات دلالة إحصائية في مهارات القصة بناءً على متغيرات مثل التخصص، نوع المدرسة، وسنوات الخبرة، باستثناء متغير التدريب. في ختام الدراسة، قدمت مجموعة من التوصيات لتعزيز مهارات عرض وسرد واستثمار قصص الأطفال لدى معلمات رياض الأطفال.
|b This study aims to explore the extent to which kindergarten teachers in Jeddah possess storytelling skills from their perspective and its relationship with their sense of self-efficacy. The researcher employed a descriptive approach and designed a questionnaire to measure three skills related to storytelling strategies: storytelling, story presentation, and story utilization, based on based on the variables of specialization, type of school, and years of experience and training. The questionnaire also included a section addressing the teachers' self-efficacy regarding their storytelling methods. The questionnaire was distributed to a pilot sample of 23 teachers to assess the validity and reliability of its items, and it was subsequently applied to a larger sample of 104 teachers. Data were analyzed using SPSS statistical software. The results indicated that kindergarten teachers in Jeddah possess storytelling skills at levels ranging from very high to moderate. Additionally, the findings did not reveal statistically significant differences in storytelling skills based on variables such as specialization, type of school, and years of experience, with the exception of the training variable. In conclusion, the study offered a set of recommendations to enhance the skills of presenting, narrating, and utilizing children's stories among kindergarten teachers.
