المستخلص: يهدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف على أهمية التطورات التعليمية في تنمية الوعي المعلوماتي لدى معلمي المرحلة الثانوية في مصر، استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، ومن أبرز نتائج البحث حول أبعاد تنمية الوعي المعلوماتي لدى معلمي المرحلة الثانوية في مصر ما يلي: نتائج البعد الأول: حل مشكلات المعلومات أدى إلى الحاجة إلى تنمية المعلومات لتعزيز مبدأ التعلم المستمر والتعلم مدى الحياة فيساهم تطوير المعلوماتية بشكل فعال في معالجة القضايا التربوية، وسرعة اتخاذ القرار، وتنمية مهارات استخدام المصادر الشخصية في البحث عن المعلومات. كما أنه يمثل نوعا من الاستجابة القوية لتحديات عالم القرن الحادي والعشرين، والذي يتلخص في العولمة، والفضاء الرقمي، واقتصاديات المعلومات والمعرفة، وثورة الإنترنت، وشبكة المعلومات العالمية، كما كشفت نتائج البعد الثاني: آليات استخدام الوسائل التكنولوجية الحديثة عن ضرورة التنوع في آليات استخدام الوسائل التكنولوجية الحديثة وأساليب التطوير والتعلم الذاتي وفق تطور وتنوع التقنيات المعاصرة، وكذلك نتائج البعد الثالث: المثابرة في مواجهة المعوقات التكنولوجية، مما أدى إلى حاجة المعلم إلى مراعاة التغيرات العالمية والتحديات المعاصرة عند استخدام قواعد البيانات للحصول على المعلومات المختلفة، وأوضحت نتائج البعد الرابع: التطورات التربوية. وأسفرت نتائج هذا البعد عن ضرورة أن يتم تطوير المعلومات لدى المعلمين، كما ينبغي تدريب المعلمين على مواكبة التغيرات والتطورات المتلاحقة.

The aim of the current research is to identify the importance of educational developments on developing information awareness of secondary school teachers in Egypt, The study used the descriptive approach, and among the most prominent results of the research on the dimensions of developing information awareness for secondary school teachers in Egypt were as follows: The results of the first dimension: solving information problems resulted in the need for information development to enhance the principle of continuous learning and lifelong learning. Informatics development contributes effectively to addressing educational issues, speeding decision-making, and developing the skills of using personal sources in searching for information.
