هدف البحث إلى الكشف عن جوانب القصور في برنامج التربية العملية بكليات التربية بجامعة الدمام. كما اهتم بالكشف عن فاعلية البرنامج التدريبي باستخدام استراتيجيات التعلم النشط وفقا لمعايير الجودة الشاملة. في تنمية الاتجاهات نحو مهنة التدريس وتنمية بعض مهارات التدريس. لدى الطالبات المعلمات بالأقسام العلمية بجامعة الدمام. وسعى للتعرف على صورة البرنامج التدريبي المقترح لتنمية مهارات التدريس والاتجاهات نحو المهنة. لدى الطالبات المعلمات بالأقسام العلمية بجامعة الدمام وفقا لمعايير الجودة الشاملة. وسلط الضوء على تحديد مهارات التدريس الأساسية اللازمة توافرها لدى الطالبات المعلمات. والعمل على إكسابهن هذه المهارات للقيام بمهام التدريس. واستخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والمنهج التجريبي. وتكونت عينة البحث من 69 طالبة من الطالبات المعلمات تخصص الفيزياء والأحياء بالمستوى السابع بكلية التربية بحفر الباطن بجامعة الدمام. وتمثلت أدوات البحث في بطاقة ملاحظة لتقييم الأداء المهني للطالبات المعلمات في ضوء معايير الجودة الشاملة. ومقياس الاتجاه نحو مهنة التدريس للطالبات المعلمات. وأثبتت النتائج مدى فاعلية البرنامج التدريبي المقترح في الأداء الكلي للمهارات التدريسية. وأشارت إلى تأثير هذا البرنامج في الاتجاهات الإيجابية نحو مهنة التدريس على الطالبات المعلمات مجموعة البحث. وأكدت على أهمية استراتيجيات التعلم النشط ذات أثر إيجابي وفعال في تنمية المهارات التدريسية والاتجاهات نحو مهنة التدريس لطالبات كلية التربية مقارنة بالطريقة المعتادة في التدريس. وأوصى البحث بضرورة تدريب الطالبات المعلمات في الأقسام العلمية بكلية التربية على استخدام استراتيجيات التعلم النشط. وأهمية تدريب معلمات العلوم قبل وأثناء الخدمة. وإعادة صياغة محتوى مادة العلوم بما يتناسب مع استراتيجيات التعلم النشط. وأكد على توفير المناخ والبيئة التدريبية التي تحقق فيها الجودة الشاملة بحيث تكون ملائمة لبلوغ أهداف العملية التدريبية بتفوق.كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018

The objective of the research is to uncover the deficiencies in the practical education program at the faculties of education at the University of Dammam. It also sought to reveal the effectiveness of the training program using active learning strategies according to the overall quality standards in developing trends towards the teaching profession and developing some teaching skills of the female teachers students in scientific departments at the University of Dammam. It sought also to identify the reality of the proposed training program in the development of teaching skills and tendencies of the female students in the scientific departments at the University of Dammam towards the profession in accordance with the standards of total quality. In addition, it highlighted the identification of basic teaching skills necessary for female teachers students and to provide them with these skills to carry out teaching tasks. The research used the descriptive analytical method and the experimental approach. The research sample consisted of 69 female students of physics and biology in the seventh level at the Faculty of Education in Hafr al-Batin at the University of Dammam. The research tools were the note card to evaluate the professional performance of female teachers in the light of the overall quality standards and a scale of the trend towards teaching profession for female teachers. The results demonstrated the effectiveness of the proposed training program in the overall performance of teaching skills. It pointed to the impact of this program in the positive attitudes toward the teaching profession on female students' group research parameters. It stressed the importance of active learning strategies that have a positive and effective impact on the development of teaching skills and attitudes towards the teaching profession of the students of the Faculty of Education compared to the usual method of teaching. The research recommended the need to train female teachers in the scientific departments of the Faculty of Education to use active learning strategies and the importance of training science teachers before and during service. In addition, rephrasing the content of the science in compliance to the strategies of active learning. It stressed also the provision of the training climate and environment in which the overall quality is achieved so that it is suitable to achieve the goals of the training process with excellence.This abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018
