|b This study investigates the effect of using wikis to develop prospective English as a Foreign Language (EFL) students’ writing performance. The participants were advanced EFL students in the English preparatory year program in a private university in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The study was a quasi-experimental one, with two groups—experimental and control—with 20 students each. Wikis were found to be effective in improving students’ writing skills.
