هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى بناء أداة لقياس جودة البحث التربوي من وجهة نظر الأكاديميين والباحثين في الجامعات الفلسطينية، كما هدفت إلى التحقق من صدق الأداة وثباتها باستخدام إجراءات التقنين المتبعة في مثل هذه الدراسات. ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة تم بناء استبانة كأداة للدراسة تشكلت في صورتها الأولية من (71) فقرة، تمثل كل منها مؤشراً من مؤشرات جودة البحث المقترحة، وتم عرض الأداة على مجموعة من المحكمين وفي ضوء آرائهم تم إجراء التعديلات المقترحة التي تضمنت تعديلات في صياغة بعض الفقرات، واستبعاد (11) فقرة من الأداة، وبذلك تكونت الأداة في صورتها النهائية من (60) فقرة وزعت على أربعة أقسام: المقدمة واشتملت على (34) فقرة، والطريقة والإجراءات اشتملت على (10) فقرات، وتحليل نتائج البحث ومناقشتها، واشتمل على (8) فقرات، والتوثيق والتنظيم واشتمل على (8) فقرات، وللتأكد من الخصائص السيكومترية لأداة الدراسة تم توزيعها على عينة تألفت من (99) أكاديمياً وباحثاً تربوياً ممن يعملون في الجامعات والمؤسسات الفلسطينية، وقد أظهرت نتائج استجاباتهم على فقرات أداة الدراسة أن الوسط الحسابي للاستجابات على فقرات الأداة ككل قد بلغ (4.51) وهو يمثل درجة أهمية كبيرة جداً، فيما تراوحت متوسطات الاستجابات على فقرات أداة الدراسة ما بين (4.48 – 4.54). وللتأكد من دلالات صدق الأداة تبين أن جميع معاملات ارتباط استجابات المفحوصين على فقرات الأداة مع الدرجة الكلية تراوحت ما بين (0.509 – 0.839) فيما تراوحت معاملات ارتباط الاستجابات على الفقرة مع القسم الذي تنتمي إليه ما بين (0.539 – 0.904) وجميعها قيم دالة إحصائياً عند مستوى الدلالة (α 0.01). كما تم احتساب معامل ثبات الأداة باستخدام معادلة كرونباخ – ألفا حيث بلغ معامل ثبات الأداة (0.98)، مما يشير إلى صلاحية أداة الدراسة ومناسبتها لأغراض تحكيم وتقويم البحوث التربوية، وفي ضوء ذلك أوصى الباحثان بضرورة الاستفادة من الأداة وتوظيفها في تقويم وتحكيم البحوث بغية تجويد منظومة البحث التربوي برمتها.
The current study aimed to construct a questionnaire to measure the quality of educational research from the perspective of academics and researchers in the Palestinian universities .It also aimed to ascertain the validity and the reliability of the questionnaire using suitable standardization procedures as those used in such studies. To achieve the objective of the study a questionnaire was constructed .In its initial form it includes (71) items : each of which o represents an indicator of the proposed indicators of the research .The tool was presented to a group of referees .In the light of their views ; the proposed adjustments were made; these included amendments to the wording of some items and the exclusion of (11) items .So .the tool was formed of (60) items in its final shape .These indicators were distributed to four domains: the introduction included (34) items ; the method and procedures included (10) items; the analysis of the results and their discussion included (8) items; and documentation and organization included 8 items . To ascertain the psychometric characteristics of the instrument, it was distributed to a sample consisting of (99) academic and educational researchers who work in Palestinian institutions and universities .The results of responses to the items as a whole indicated a mean (4.51) which represents the degree of very great importance, whereas the means of their responses to the items of tool ranging between (4.48 - 4.54). In order to ascertain the validity of the tool, results showed that all the correlation coefficients of the subjects responses to the items of the tool with the total degree, ranging from (0.509 - 0.839) .The correlation coefficient of the responses on the item with the domain to which it belongs ranging between (0.539 - 0.904). All these values were statistically significant at the level of statistical significance ( < 0.05 ). The reliability factor was calculated using the equation of Kronbach-alpha rating 0.98.This indicates the validity and suitability of the instrument for the purposes of arbitration and evaluation of the educational research. In the light of these findings, the researchers recommended the need to use and to utilize this tool in the evaluation and arbitration of research in order to improve the quality of the educational research a whole.
