|a هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع برامج التنمية المهنية لمعلمي التربية الخاصة في دولة الكويت، والتعرف على أساليب ومعوقات ومقترحات التنمية المهنية لمعلمي التربية الخاصة في ضوء التحديات المستقبلية. وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (314) معلما ومعلمة من مدارس التربية الخاصة في دولة الكويت، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات أفراد عينة الدراسة حول واقع التنمية المهنية لمعلمي التربية الخاصة وفقا لمتغير الجنس وسنوات الخبرة ولا توجد فروق وفقا لمتغير المؤهل. توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات أفراد عينة الدراسة حول أساليب التنمية المهنية لمعلمي التربية الخاصة وفقا لمتغير الجنس، ولا توجد فروق وفقا لمتغير المؤهل وسنوات الخبرة. وتوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات أفراد عينة الدراسة حول مقترحات التنمية المهنية لمعلمي التربية الخاصة وفقا لمتغير الجنس، ولا توجد فروق وفقا لمتغير المؤهل وسنوات الخبرة. بينما لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات أفراد عينة الدراسة حول معوقات التنمية المهنية لمعلمي التربية الخاصة وفقا لمتغير الجنس والمؤهل وسنوات الخبرة.

|f The study aimed to identify the reality of professional development programs for the teachers of special education in the State of Kuwait and to identify methods, constraints, and proposals of professional development for the teachers of special education in the light of future challenges. The sample study consisted of 314 male and female teachers of special education in Kuwait. The study used the descriptive analytical method and reached the following results: there are statistically significant differences between the averages of the members of study sample related to the reality of professional development for the teachers of special education due to the variable of sex and years of experience and the study did not find any difference due to the variable of qualification. There are statistically significant differences between the mean of the study sample on the methods of professional development of special education teachers according to the sex variable while there are no differences according to the variables of qualification and years of experience. There are statistically significant differences between the mean of the study sample on the professional development proposals for special education teachers according to the sex variable, and there are no differences according to qualification variable and years of experience. While there are no statistically significant differences between the mean of the study sample on the obstacles of the professional development of special education teachers according to the variables of sex, qualification and years of experience.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018
