المستخلص: This study focuses on the attitudes of the Tunisian medical researcher to open access to lST. The survey uses quantitative and qualitative methods. The results show that the key concepts of open access are unknown to the majority of medical researchers, as well as its challenges and potential. Consultation of publications researchers from the FMT in international databases shows the reduced number of scientific articles published in open access. However, most researcher doctors are predisposed to publish in open access once informed of its benefits.
