المستخلص: يعالج هذا المقال موضوعاً مهماً وهو الخصائص والصفات التي يجب أن تتوفر في مربية الطفولة الأولى، ودورها في التعامل مع طفل ما قبل المدرسة بمعنى مجمل الكفايات التي يجب أن تتوفر فيها لتكون لديها القدرة والإمكانية للعمل مع الطفل في مرحلة وصفها علماء النفس بالمرحلة الحساسة. تتمثل هذه الخصائص في: الخصائص الجسمية، العقلية، النفسية الاجتماعية، والخصائص الأخلاقية. وحتى يمكن تحقيق هدف التربية التحضيرية وهو التنمية الشاملة والمتكاملة لشخصية الطفل وتحضيره للمراحل التعليمية اللاحقة، لابد من أن تخضع المربية لتكوين مهني يمكنها من اكتساب الكفايات العلمية والمهنية اللازمة للتعامل مع طفل ما قبل المدرسة، كان تعرف مبادئ سيكلوجة التعلم، وأن تكون على دراية بطرق التعليم الفعالة، وطرق التعامل مع الطفل.

This article deals with an important topic: the characteristics and qualities that the early childhood nanny must have, and her role in dealing with a preschool child in the sense of all the competencies that she must have in order to have the ability and possibility to work with the child at a stage described by psychologists as a sensitive stage. These characteristics are physical, mental, psycho-social, and moral characteristics. In order to achieve the goal of preparatory education, which is the comprehensive and integrated development of the child's personality and his preparation for the subsequent stages of education, the nanny must undergo professional training that enables her to acquire the scientific and professional competencies necessary to deal with the preschool child. She must be familiar with the principles of learning psychology, and be aware of the methods of education Effective, ways of dealing with the child.

Cet article traite un sujet très important qu’est les caractéristiques de l’éducatrice du préscolaire pour traiter avec l’enfant à l’âge préscolaire, qui sont ; des caractéristiques physiques, intellectuelles et morale. Pour arriver à atteindre les objectif de l’éducation préscolaire, développer la personnalité de l’enfant et le préparer à l’école, il faut qu’il y est une formation professionnelle pour l’éducatrice, afin d’acquérir un ensemble de compétences on ce qui concerne ; la psychologie de l’apprentissage, les méthodes d’enseignement, et les méthodes de traitement de l’enfant.
