المستخلص: بدأت الكثير من المجتمعات المختلفة تطبق مبدا التربية للجميع، وهي الميل نحو استراتيجية دمج الأطفال المعاقين مع الأطفال العاديين في المدارس الابتدائية ومن ذوي المستويات البسيطة، وكسبيل لتحقيق التكافؤ والتوازن قدر المستطاع بين مستوى تعليم وحاجات المعاقين والأسوياء معا.
وقد أشارت العديد من الدراسات العلمية إلى تأثير عملية دمج المعاق في المدارس الابتدائية، على شخصية المعاق وتوافقه النفسي والاجتماعي والدراسي ويؤثر على فعالياته ومستوى تحصيله الدراسي
والتعرف على مستوى الميل نحو دمج المعاقين مع أقرانهم العاديين لدى معلمي التربية الخاصة ، الذين لهم الدور الإيجابي في بناء وتطوير شخصية المعاقين بكافة مجالاتها التربوية والاجتماعية والتعليمية ، يعد مشكلة تستحق الاهتمام والدراسة العلمية ، وقد هدفت الدراسة الحالية التعرف على مستوى ميل معلمي التربية الخاصة نحو دمج المعاقين ، وتعرف مستوى الفروق في الميل بين الجنس نكور وإناث، وقد قام الباحث ببناء (أداة) مقياس ميل معلمي التربية الخاصة نحو دمج المعاقين في المدارس الابتدائية ، والذي تكون بصيغته النهائية من(48) فقرة، بعد أن تم استخراج صدق وتمييز الفقرات ومن ثم استخراج صدق وثبات المقياس باستخدام الوسائل الإحصائية المختلفة ،بعد أن طبق المقياس على عينة التحليل الإحصائي البالغة (100) معلما ومعلمة والتي اختيرت بالأسلوب العشوائي ، وكذلك طبق المقياس على عينة الثبات البالغة (80) معلما ومعلمة ،وطبق المقياس بصيغته النهائية على عينة التطبيق النهائي البالغة (100) معلما ومعلمة، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن درجة الميل لدى المعلمين نحو الدمج بشكل عام اعلى من المتوسط ، مع وجول. فروق نات دلالة إحصائية بين متغيري الجنس ولصالح عينة المعلمين في مستوى الميل نحو دمج المعاقين. وقد أوصت الدراسة إلى إمكانية استخدام المقياس من قبل المرشدين التربويين وإدارات المدارس في شخيص الميل نحو الدمج، وإجراء دراسة مماثلة على عينات أخرى كأولياء الأمور ومقارنة نتائجها مع نتائج الدراسة الحالية.

Many different communities have begun to implement the principle of education for all, namely the tendency to integrate disabled children with normal and lower level of intelligence children in primary schools as a way to achieve as much parity and balance as possible between the level of education and the needs of both the disabled and the normal people.
Several scientific studies have pointed to the impact of the integration of the disabled in primary schools on the personality of the disabled and his psychological, social and academic compatibility, as well as the activities and level of educational achievement. Identifying the level of tendency towards the integration of the disabled children with their normal peers among special education teachers, who have a positive role in building and developing the personality of the disabled in all its pedagogical, social and educational fields, is a problem that deserves paying attention and conducting scientific study.
The current study aimed to identify the level of tendency of special education teachers towards the integration of the disabled, and to define the level of differences in the tendency according to gender; males and females. The researcher has developed a tool to measure the tendency of teachers of special education towards the integration of the disabled in primary schools, which consisted, in its final form, of (48) paragraphs, after extracting the veracity and discrimination of the paragraphs and then extracting the validity and stability of the scale using different statistical means. The scale was applied to the sample of the statistical analysis of (100) male and female teachers, who were chosen by the random method. It was also applied to the sample of stability of (80) male and female teachers. The scale was applied in its final form to the final application sample, of (100) male and female teachers. The study found that the degree of tendency of teachers toward integration in general is higher than average, with significant differences between the sex variables, in favor of the sample of male teachers in the level of tendency towards integration of the disabled. The study recommended that educational counselors and school administrations should use the scale to diagnose the tendency towards integration and a similar study on other samples, as parents, should be conducted, comparing the results with the ones of the current study.
