هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى مستوي توظيف أعضاء هيئة التدريس في الجامعات الفلسطينية لأنظمة التعليم الإلكتروني وأدواته في التدريس، ولتحقيق ذلك تم بناء مقياس مكون من (65) فقرة، موزع على محورين، يتعلق المحور الأول، بدرجة توافر أنظمة التعليم الإلكتروني وأدواته في الجامعات الفلسطينية، والمحور الثاني، بمستوى توظيف أعضاء هيئة التدريس في الجامعات الفلسطينية لأنظمة التعليم الإلكتروني وأدواته، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (135) عضوا من أعضاء هيئة التدريس، تم اختيارهم من أربع جامعات فلسطينية بالطريقة العشوائية الطبقية. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن أنظمة التعليم الإلكتروني وأدواته متوافرة في الجامعات الفلسطينية بدرجة كبيرة، وبوزن نسبي (84.3 %)، وان مستوي توظيف أعضاء هيئة التدريس في الجامعات الفلسطينية لأنظمة التعليم الإلكتروني وأدواته في التدريس منخفضا، وبوزن نسبي (54.6% )، كما كشفت النتائج عن وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى توظيف أنظمة التعليم الإلكتروني وأدواته في التدريس، تعزى لمتغير الجامعة، لصالح الجامعة الإسلامية، والخبرة المعلوماتية لصالح أقل من خمس سنوات، بينما لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا تعزى لمتغير الجنس.
The current study aims at identifying the extent of employing electronic learning systems and tools by teaching staff in the Palestinian universities. To achieve the aim of this study, a questionnaire of (65) items was conducted. These items are divided into two domains: first, the availability of electronic learning systems and tools in the Palestinian universities; second, the level of employing electronic learning systems and tools in university education. The study is based on the descriptive analytical method. The sample of the study consisted of (135) members of the teaching staff in the Palestinian universities. These members were selected from four universities randomly. The study reveals that the systems and tools of electronic learning in the Palestinian universities were available at a high degree and with a relative weight of (84.3%). In addition, employing the electronic learning systems and tools in university education was available at a low degree and with a relative weight of (54.6%). Moreover, the study findings show that there were significant statistical differences in the level of employing electronic learning systems and tools attributed to the university variable favoring the Islamic University, and the informatics experience favoring less than five years' experience. Additionally, there were significant statistical differences attributed to the gender variable.
