المستخلص: This study aimed to identify the experience of Disabled Children's Association in children with multiple disabilities integration in the preschools, and identifying the positive effects of integration as well as the main obstacles faced by the Association regarding the integration. In addition, to obtaining the most outstanding recommendations and suggestions to develop and improve these children integration in the pubic preschools. The researchers conducted the qualitative approach (interviews) by holding interviewing with 14 participants from Disabled Children's Association employees. The study has concluded a number of resulted through the three sections. There were many positive effects of integration (psychological support for the child and his family, the development of social skills, the development of the language skills, positive attitudes toward children with disabilities). But, there were a number of obstacles represented in (lack of companions with multiple disabilities children at preschools, lack of transportation in particular to the preschools, lack of qualified teachers, others negative trends and lack of receptivity toward children with multiple disabilities, lack of services, and lack of appropriate school environment for children with multiple disabilities). The study also concluded a number of recommendations that concluded by the association employees represented in (paying attention toward awareness of children with disabilities, training educators in this field and provide them with necessary skills, preparing school environments, providing companions, providing transportations, the importance of communication among the professionals and families).

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على تجربة جمعية الأطفال المعوقين في دمج الأطفال ذوي الإعاقات المتعددة في مرحلة ما قبل المدرسة، والتعرف على الآثار الإيجابية لمدمج، وتحديد أبرز المعوقات التي واجهت الجمعية في دمجهم. وتقديم توصيات ومقترحات تسهم في تيسير دمج هؤلاء الأطفال في مرحلة ما قبل المدرسة، وتطوير الطرق المتبعة حاليا. واستخدم الباحثان البحث النوعي (مقابلات)، وتم مقابلة 14 مشاركا من منسوبي الجمعية. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج، أبرزها: أن عملية الدمج ينتج عنها آثار إيجابية متعددة، أبرزها: (الدعم النفسي للطفل وأسرته، وتطوير المهارات الاجتماعية، والمهارات اللغوية، وتنمية الاتجاهات الإيجابية نحو المعوقين). وكشفت الدراسة عن أهم المعوقات التي واجهت الجمعية عند قيامها بعملية الدمج، منها: (عدم وجود مرافقين مع الأطفال ذوي الإعاقات المتعددة في الروضات، وعدم توفر موصلات مخصصة للروضات، بالإضافة إلى نقص المعلمات المؤهلات، واتجاهات الآخرين السلبية نحو المعوقين، وعدم تقبل الأطفال ذوي الإعاقات المتعددة، ونقص الخدمات، وغياب البيئة المدرسية الملائمة للأطفال ذوي الإعاقات المتعددة). وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة والمعوقات أوصت الدراسة بالقيام بــ (توعية المجتمع بأهمية العناية بالأطفال ذوي الإعاقة، وتدريب العاملين في هذا المجال وتزويدهم بالمهارات اللازمة، وتجهيز البيئة المدرسية).
