المستخلص: إن أهمية وجود مستشار التوجيه المدرسي بالمؤسسة التعليمية أصبح أكثر من ضرورة نظرا للمساهمة الفعالة التي يقدمها، خاصة في الجانب التكيفي، العلائقي، تحليل النتائج الدراسية، المساهمة في بناء المشروع المهني للتلميذ والمرافقة، لأجل هذا الدور الهام و المحوري فإن القوانين المسيرة للمنظومة التربوية في مطلع التسعينات أقرت بتنصيب مستشارا للتوجيه في كل مؤسسة تربوية خاصة الثانويات على أن تعمم العملية في التعليم المتوسط لاحقا، من أجل تقديم هذه المهام و القيام بالوظيفة، مقابل هذه الخدمة صنف وقتئذ على سلم التصنيف 14 درجة 5، هذا التصنيف جعله من بين أصحاب الأجور العالية في المؤسسة (أفضل من الأستاذ و مستشار التربية) التي يشغلها، غير أنه بعد إعادة النظر في شبكة الأجور سنة 2008 صنف ما دون مستشار التربية و الأستاذ، مع أن شرط المستوى العلمي يتوفر فيه، كما أن الأعمال المسندة إليه ذات أهمية قصوى على اعتبار هو من يحدد الملمح النهائي للتلميذ و المسار الدراسي و المهني، هذا التصنيف ولد عنده مشاعر غياب العدالة و الأنصاف خاصة في بعدها التوزيع ذي العلاقة المباشرة بالأجر، مما انعكس على مشاعره خاصة على مستوى الإنهاك و تبلد المشاعر و اعتقاده في عدم أهمية الأعمال التي يقدمها للمؤسسة .في هذا المقال نحاول إماطة اللثام عن هذه الفئة على مستوى مشاعرها تجاه العدالة التوزيعية و علاقة ذلك بمستويات الاحتراق الوظيفي .

L’ importance de la présence du conseille d’orientation scolaire est devenu plus qu’une nécessite on raison de la contribution active qu’il fallut en particulier dans la cote adaptatif, relationnel et l’analyse des résultats scolaire qui contribuent a la construction d’un projet professionnel pour l’enfant, pour ce rôle important les statuts du système éducatif en début des années quatre vingt dix ont approuvé l’installation d’un conseiller d’orientation dans tous les établissement scolaire en contre partie de ce service le conseiller est classer en catégorie 14 degrés 4, niveaux qu’un professeur ou conseiller d’éducation ,mais après la grilles des salaires en 2008 le conseiller d’orientation est dégrader malgré San niveau scientifique ce qui fait maitre un sentiment d’absence de justice et d’équité. Dans cet article nous essayons de découvrir cette catégorie au niveau de ses sentiments à l’égard de la justice distributive et sa relation avec les niveaux de burnout.

The importance of the presence of the school guidance counselor in the educational institution has become more than necessary due to the effective contribution it makes, especially in the adaptive, relational aspect, analyzing the study results, contributing to the construction of the professional project for the student and the accompanying. Because of this important and pivotal role, the laws that guide the educational system at the beginning of the 1990s approved the appointment of a guidance counselor in every educational institution, specially the secondary schools, and to be generalized later in the middle education, in order to provide these functions and to do the job. In contrast to this service, 14 degrees were categorized. 5 from this categorization were among those who earn high wage in the organization (Better than the teacher and the education counselor) that he occupies. However, after the revision of the wages system in 2008, those who were below the education advisor and the teacher were classified, although he enjoys the condition of the scientific level , and the tasks assigned to him is of great importance, as the persons who determine the final dimension of the student , the study and professional course. This classification made him feel an absence of justice and equity, especially after the distribution of the direct relation to the wage, the fact that reflected on his feelings, especially on the level of exhaustion and indifference and his belief in the irrelevance of the works that he provides to the institution. In this article, we are trying to shed light on this category at the level of its feelings towards the distributive justice and the relationship of this fact with the levels of the occupational burnout.This abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018
