|b The teaching process is based on teacher skills and techniques, and on his/her communication and cognitive capabilities in one side. And on his beliefs, ethics and values in the other side. The teacher how high in self-efficacy he makes successful plans and perform their roles perfectly, and the teacher how he low in self-efficacy He judges himself with weakness, anxiety, malpractice and failure in teaching. All of that it will effect on individual and group performance, equality of teaching, and all of education process. Consequently, we try 111 this article to highlight on the relationship between self-efficacy of teacher and the effectiveness in teaching. So we did a field study in 10 schools with 76 teachers by using a questionnaire divided into two parts, the first about self-efficacy of teacher (Use of education strategies, Participation of students in teaching and learning activities, Classroom Management), and the second part revolves around the effectiveness of teaching.

|a ترتكز عملية التدريس على مهارات وفنيات المعلم، وعلى ما يملكه من خبرات وقدرات معرفية وتواصلية، وما يملكه من معتقدات وأخلاق وقيم، والمعلم الذي لديه إحساس مرتفع بفاعلية الذات يضع خططا ناجحة ويقوم بأدواره على أكمل وجه، أما إذا شعر المعلم بضعف في فاعلية ذاته فانه يحكم على نفسه بالضعف والقلق والتمارض والفشل في التدريس، وهذا كله ينعكس على الأداء الفردي والجماعي وعلى جودة التدريس والعملية التربوية ككل، وعليه سنحاول من خلال مقالنا هذا إبراز العلاقة بين فاعلية الذات لدى المعلمين وفعالية التدريس انطلاقا من دراسة ميدانية قمنا بها بقطاع التعليم الابتدائي شملت حوالي 10 مدارس بمجموع 76 معلما ومعلمة، مستعملين في ذلك استمارة تتكون من محورين أساسيين، فاعلية الذات لدى المعلم (استخدام استراتيجيات التعلم، مشاركة التلاميذ في الأنشطة التعليمية التعلمية، الإدارة الصفية)، وفعالية التدريس، قمنا بإعدادها خصيصا لهذا البحث.
