المستخلص: This research aims at measuring the degree of administrative creativity practice among educational supervisors in Riyadh, and to identify the difficulties and proposals that contribute to the development of the administrative creativity practice among educational supervisors, to achieve that, a sample of (179) members of the educational supervisors in Riyadh was selected using the random method, a questionnaire was designed consisted of (35) statements that is divided into three dimensions, the researcher used the descriptive survey, and the study resulted in the following findings: The response of the members of the study resulted in (agree) extent on the degree of the administrative creativity practice among the educational supervisors in Riyadh, and the highest practices shown on this dimension is “educational supervisor helps teachers to present their ideas towards the development of teaching methods.” The response of the members of the study resulted in (agree) extent on the difficulties that limit the administrative creativity practice among the educational supervisors in Riyadh, the difficulty ranked first is “the large number of administrative burdens undertaken by the educational supervisor,” and in second place came, “the lack of participation of the educational supervisor in the specialized programs in the development of the administrative creativity. The response of the members of the study resulted in the (agree) extent on the proposals that contribute to the development of the administrative creativity practice among the educational supervisors in Riyadh, in the first place came the proposal, “the adoption of the creative initiatives by the educational supervisor in work”, came in second place, “the involvement of the educational supervisor in scientific conferences that specialized in administrative creativity". In the light of the results of the study above, the following recommendations have been suggested: The education departments adopt in the educational regions the innovative projects that will develop the administrative creativity in the field of educational supervision. Enhance the cooperation between educational supervisor and his staff of teachers and administrators to make creative decisions in work through the adoption of their creative initiatives both in technical field or administrative work procedures. Involvement of the educational supervisors in the scientific conferences and training programs that aimed at developing their skills and knowledge in the field of administrative creativity.

يهدف هذا البحث إلى قياس درجة ممارسة الإبداع الإداري لدى المشرفين التربويين بمدينة الرياض، وتحديد الصعوبات والمقترحات التي تسهم في تطوير ممارسة الإبداع الإداري لدى المشرفين التربويين، ولتحقيق ذلك اختير أفراد الدراسة بالطريقة العشوائية من المشرفين التربويين بمدينة الرياض، بلغ عددهم (179) مشرفاً تربوياً، وصممت استبانة تكونت من (35) عبارة موزعة على ثلاثة أبعاد، واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي المسحي وأسفرت الدراسة عن النتائج الآتية: استجابة أفراد الدراسة جاءت بدرجة موافق على ممارسة الإبداع الإداري لدى المشرفين التربويين بمدينة الرياض، وجاءت أعلى الممارسات على هذا البعد (يساعد المشرف التربوي المعلمين على طرح أفكارهم نحو تطوير أساليب التدريس). كما جاءت استجابة أفراد الدراسة بدرجة موافق على الصعوبات التي تحد من ممارسة الإبداع الإداري لدى المشرفين التربويين بمدينة الرياض، وجاء في المرتبة الأولى الصعوبة (كثرة الأعباء الإدارية التي يقوم بها المشرف التربوي)، وجاء في المرتبة الثانية (قلة مشاركة المشرف التربوي بالبرامج المتخصصة بتنمية الإبداع الإداري). وجاءت استجابة أفراد الدراسة بدرجة موافق على المقترحات التي تسهم في تطوير ممارسة الإبداع الإداري لدى المشرفين التربويين بمدينة الرياض، وجاء في المرتبة الأولى المقترح (تبني المشرف التربوي للمبادرات الإبداعية في العمل) وجاء في المرتبة الثانية (إشراك المشرف التربوي بالمؤتمرات العلمية المتخصصة بالإبداع الإداري). وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة، وضعت التوصيات على النحو الآتي: تبني إدارات التعليم بالمناطق التعليمية المشاريع الإبداعية التي من شأنها تطوير الإبداع الإداري في مجال الإشراف التربوي. وزيادة التعاون بين المشرف التربوي والعاملين معه من معلمين وإداريين على اتخاذ قرارات إبداعية في مجال العمل بواسطة تبني مبادراتهم الإبداعية سواء كانت في المجال الفني أو بإجراءات العمل الإداري. وإشراك المشرفين التربويين في المؤتمرات العلمية والبرامج التدريبية التي تهدف إلى تنمية مهاراتهم ومعارفهم في مجال الإبداع الإداري.
