المستخلص: إن التوليد اللغوي في القواميس تمثل ظاهرة هامة يجب تتبعها في مجال تطور الدراسات اللغوية في الوقت الراهن. وفعلا فإن الضرورة القصوى في إيجاد تسمية المفاهيم التي تتجدد باستمرار في كافة مجالات الحياه اليومية قد فرضت على اللغة إيجاد مختلف أنواع التولي التي يمكن تصورها في اللغة و الخطاب العربيين . ولهذا فإن هذه الدراسة تتناول جانبا في هذا الموضوع يتعلق بالتوليد اللغوي في الأسماء والمسميات على ضوء المبادئ والقواعد الأساسية في التراث اللغوي العربي.

Language generation in dictionaries is an important phenomenon that must be followed in the field of the development of language studies at the present time. Indeed, the absolute necessity to generate names of concepts that are constantly being renewed in all areas of everyday life, has imposed on the language the task to generate different types of undertaking that can be imagined in relation to the Arabic language and the discourse of the Arabs. As such, this study addresses an aspect of this subject relating to linguistic generation in respect to nouns and names in light of the fundamental principles and rules of the Arab linguistic heritage.

La néologie arabe dans les dictionnaires bilingues et multilingues constitue un phénomène très intéressant à observer dans l’évolution de la philologie arabe moderne. En effet, l’urgence imposée par la dénomination de nouveaux concepts et des nouvelles réalités qui se manifestent dans la perpétuelle évolution langagière et dans tous les domaines de la vie, fait apparaitre toute sorte de « créativité lexicale » possible et imaginable dans la langue et le discours arabes. Cette étude est un dépouillement d’un travail de recherches philologiques sur les noms, substantifs et verbes analysées à la lumière des normes et des principes fondamentaux du patrimoine linguistique de l’Arabe.
