هدف هذا البحث إلى التعرف على أساليب التعلم المفضلة، وكذلك طبيعة العلاقة بين أساليب التعلم وكل من مهارتي إدارة الوقت واتخاذ القرار لدى طلاب كلية التربية-جامعة الإسكندرية. وكذلك معرفة الفروق بين الذكور والإناث في أساليب التعلم وإدارة الوقت واتخاذ القرار، وأيضاً معرفة الفروق بين الشعب العلمية والأدبية في أساليب التعلم وإدارة الوقت واتخاذ القرار، وقد تكونت عينة البحث من (189) طالباً وطالبة، وقد طبقت مقاييس لأساليب التعلم وإدارة الوقت واتخاذ القرار، وقد استخدمت المتوسطات والانحرافات المعيارية والنسب المئوية ومعاملات الارتباط واختبار "ت" لتحليل البيانات، وقد أسفرت النتائج عما يلي: - - يأتي أسلوب التعلم بالملاحظة في المرتبة الأولى لتفصيلات طلاب كلية التربية، يليه التعلم التجريبي، ثم التعلم الجماعي، ثم التعلم بالاكتشاف، ثم التعلم البنائي. - وجود علاقة ارتباطيه طردية بين أساليب التعلم وكل من مهارتي إدارة الوقت واتخاذ القرار لدى طلاب كلية التربية. - وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً في أساليب التعلم بين الذكور والإناث لدى طلاب كلية التربية لصالح الذكور، ما عدا في أسلوب التعلم بالملاحظة فلم توجد فروق بينهما. - وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً في أساليب التعلم بين طلاب الشعب العلمية والأدبية لدى طلاب كلية التربية لصالح الشعب العلمية. - وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً في مهارة إدارة الوقت بين الذكور والإناث لدى طلاب كلية التربية لصالح الإناث. - وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً في مهارة إدارة الوقت بين طلاب الشعب العلمية والأدبية لدى طلاب كلية التربية لصالح الشعب العلمية. - وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً في مهارة اتخاذ القرار بين الذكور والإناث لدى طلاب كلية التربية لصالح الذكور. - وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً في مهارة اتخاذ القرار بين طلاب الشعب العلمية والأدبية لدى طلاب كلية التربية لصالح الشعب العلمية.
The aim of the present study is to recognize the preferred learning styles and to recognize the relationship between learning from one side and time management and decision making skills from another side as applied among a sample of faculty of education' undergraduate students in Alexandria university. In addition, this study aims to recognize the differences between male and female regarding preferred learning styles and both time management and decision-making. The present study also aims to recognize the differences between arts and scientific departments' students regarding [referred learning stylesfrom one side and time management and decision making from another side. The total number of participants was189 male and female students. The present study applied learning styles scale and time management and decision making scales. The present study used mathematical average, standard deviation, percentage, correlation coefficient, T test for data analysis. This study concludes the followings: - Learning style by observation occupied the first rank followed by experimental learning, which came in second rank, and the other styles came as the following order cooperative learning, discovering learning and finally structured learning from the perspective of students. - There is direct proportional relationship between learning styles and both time management and decision making skills. - There are statistical significant differences between male and female students concerning learning styles in favor of male students except learning style by observation there was no statistical differences between male and female. - There are statistical significant differences in learning styles between Arts and scientific departments' students in favor of scientific departments' students. - There are statistical significant differences concerning time management skill between male and female in favor of female students. - There are statistical significant differences concerning time management skill between Arts and scientific departments' students in favor of scientific departments' students. - There are statistical significant differences concerning decision-making skill between male and female in favor of male students. - There are statistical significant differences concerning decision-making skill between Arts and scientific departments' students in favor of scientific departments' students.
