المستخلص: إن التحول الرقمي الذي يشهده سوق الكتاب في جميع أنحاء العالم قد بدأ منذ عدة سنوات بالفعل-15 سنة-، حيث أضحت أجهزة القراءة الإلكترونية من القارئ الإلكتروني وحتى الهاتف الذكي، عنصرا مهما في علوم التربية، كون من العلوم على أهمية غرس حب القراءة في نفس الشخص، وتربيته على حبها حتى تصبح عادة له يمارسها، ويستمتع بها في عصر التكنولوجية الرقمية.
تساهم القراءة الإلكترونية بطريقة فعالة، في تحقيق أهداف عامة لكل الفئات كبار وأطفال، في كل التخصصات وبجميع اللغات.
إذ تعرف القراءة الإلكترونية على أنها إدراك دلالة الأصوات والكلمات بتوفير حامل، أو جهاز إلكتروني، أو هاتف ذكي، من خلال بيئة تفاعلية تعتمد على الصورة، والصوت، مثل: قصص الأطفال المصورة الإلكترونية، والكتب الإلكترونية المسموعة، وكتب البريل الناطقة للمكفوفين، والدوريات والمجلات الإلكترونية.
ضمن المكتبات، التوثيق، الأرشيف، المعلومات...الخ، فإن الطالب، الأستاذ وخاصة طلبة الدراسات العليا، هم بحاجة لجودة الخدمات، فكفاءة الشركات المنتجة لأجهزة القراءة، إضافة للاعتماد على طرق ووسائل حديثة لتنمية الميول القرائية، خاصة
أن هناك أساليب كثيرة متنوعة، لتنمية الميول القرائية التقليدية، والإلكترونية، نستطيع الاعتماد عليها معا.
كما يساعد الميل للجانب النفسي الإلكتروني، والذي يبرز التفاعل المستمر بين حاجاته الأساسية والوسائل التي يتبعها لإشباع هذه الحاجات، ومن أهم أسباب التعامل مع القراءة الإلكترونية:
• ظهور مختلف التكنولوجيات الحديثة: حواسيب، إنترنت، هواتف الذكية.
• عزوف فئة المستفيدين من القراءة الورقية (طلبة الجامعة، الأطفال، فئة المكفوفين...الخ).

The tendency to the electronic psychological aspect, which highlights the continuous interaction between its basic needs and the means it uses to satisfy these needs. One of the most important reasons for dealing with electronic reading is:
• The emergence of various modern technologies: computers, Internet, smart phones.
• The reluctance of the beneficiaries of paper reading (university students, children, blind group, etc.).
