المستخلص: تضمنت الدراسة مدى أهمية انعكاسات التعليم الرقمي وأثره على النمو المعرفي وقدرات الإنسان في كل مناحي الحياة العلمية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية والسياسية والإدارية وغيرها ومدى تأثيرها في توفير الوقت والجهد حيث تعتبر العمود الفقري والدعائم التي يستند عليها عالمنا اليوم الذى اصبح قرية صغيرة بفضل الشبكات وتمثلت مشكلة الدراسة هل التقنيات المستخدمة بكل أنواعها كافية لتلبية احتياجات الطلبة في كل مناطق السودان أو الدول النائية, ولها أثر مباشر على التعليم الرقمي واصبح بإمكان الفرد التواصل مع كل بقاع العالم عبر هذه الشبكات مما قلل الوقت والجهد ودفع عجلة التنمية مما انعكس على المجتمع بشكل ملحوظ ويعتبر التعليم الرقمي بالسودان أو بكل العالم مهم لدرجة كبيرة يمكن أن يغطى جميع مناطق السودان بكل ولاياته وأريافه وتقدم جميع الخدمات التعليمية من محاضرات وندوات وسمنارات ومؤتمرات محلية وعالمية عن طريق الشبكة العنكبوتية وتوفير خدمات فائقة السرعة والجودة والوضوح سواء كان في نقل البيانات أو الصوت Voice- Data واستخدمت في هذه الدراسة منهجية الاستنباط ومن أهم النتائج هذه الدراسة. المشاكل التقنية والتي تتمثل بصعوبة الوصول للمعلومات وانقطاع الشبكة المفاجئ نتيجة لضعف أو للضغط العالي على شبكة الأنترنت بالسودان. توصلت هذه الدراسة إلي تقوية العلاقة بين مستخدمي أنظمة التعليم الرقمي (الإلكتروني) عن طريق الأعلام والعمل على إتاحة المعلومات للطلبة من خلال النظام بما يتوافق مع احتياجاتهم العلمية بجودة عالية وزيادة المعلومات والمعارف وتنمية الطرق والأساليب المتاحة وبشكل يكفل استخدامها في مجال التعلم الرقمي فقط.

The study included the importance of the implications of digital education and its impact on cognitive growth and human capabilities in all aspects of scientific, economic, social, political, administrative life and others and their impact on saving time and effort. It is the backbone and the pillars on which our world is based today, which has become a small village thanks to the networks. The problem of the study was whether the technologies used of all kinds are sufficient to meet the needs of students in all regions of Sudan or the remote countries. It has a direct impact on digital education and the individual can communicate with all parts of the world through these networks, which has reduced time and effort and pushed the wheel of development, which has reflected on society significantly. Digital education in Sudan or all across the world is important to a great extent. It can cover all regions of Sudan in all its states and countryside and provide all educational services such as lectures, seminars and local and international conferences through the web while Providing services of high speed, quality and clarity whether in the transmission of data or voice Voice-Data. This study used the methodology of deduction and one of the most important results of this study. Technical problems, which are represented by the difficulty of access to information and the sudden disruption of the network due to weakness or high pressure on the Internet network in Sudan. This study aimed at strengthening the relationship between users of digital education systems (e-learning) through media and working to make information available to students through the system to meet their scientific needs with high quality, increase information and knowledge and develop available methods and styles and ensure that they are used in the field of digital learning only.
