|a هدفت الدراسة إلى تشخيص واقع تطبيق ممارسات معيار التعليم والتعلم من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس في جامعة نايف العربية للعلوم الأمنية، وقد أجريت في عام 1439ه - 2018م، واستخدمت المنهج الوصفي لملاءمته لموضوع الدراسة، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من (١٢٥) وعينتها من (١١٤) عضوا منها (٩٥) من الذكور، و (١٩) من الإناث. واستخدمت الاستبانة أداة لجمع البيانات، وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة نايف العربية للعلوم الأمنية يمارسون تطبيقات معايير الجودة في التدريس وتقويم الطلاب بصورة عالية، وأقل فيما يتعلق بالتحسين المستمر في عملية التعليم والتعلم. وقدمت الدراسة بناء على نتائجها عددا من التوصيات.

|b This study aimed to diagnose the current application of practices related to teaching and learning based on the opinions of the academic staff in Naif Arab University for Security Sciences. The study was carried out in 2018. Researchers used a descriptive method due to its suitability for this type of study. The study population was made up of 125 academic staff and the study sample comprised 114 academic staff, 95 males and 19 females. A questionnaire was used as the data gathering tool. The study concluded that the academic staff at Naif Arab University for Security Sciences implement quality practices in their teaching to a high level. This is less so in the area of continual improvement in teaching and learning. Based on the results, the study put forward a number of recommendations.
