المستخلص: Technology could enhance education if opportunities in language learning are provided. It is well known that language teaching-learning process is an interactive communicative process. The purpose of this study is to investigate teachers' perceptions of using technology in English language classes as integrating instructional technology in teaching and learning successfully depends on the attitude of teachers. A questionnaire technique is used to collect data from teachers to determine how teachers perceive using technology and implementing it in their classes, the technological equipment used, and barriers to technology use. A qualitative content analysis approach is used to analyze the obtained data. The findings of this study revealed that the teachers support the use of technology in English classes. They implement a wide variety of technical devices, which they think that they will enhance the students' language proficiency and skills. The teachers also reported some barriers, which may hamper technology use, such as lack of technical gadgets, unreliable electricity, and internet connection in the rooms.
