The study aimed at: Investigate the effect of job competencies for employees on the effectiveness of balanced scorecards application as the study was conducted on a sample of (239) employees of Societe Arabe Internationale de Banque (SAIB). The study concluded that: - There is a significant effect on the dimensions of Job Competencies (behavioral and technical competencies) in the dimensions of balanced scorecard (financial, customer, internal operation, learning and growth, and social dimension). - The study also concluded the followings: Technical Competencies as one of the dimensions of the functional competencies is more influential in the dimensions of balanced scorecards except for the financial. |
