المستخلص: هدف هذا البحث إلى تعرف درجة توفر متطلبات التنسيق والتعاون بين كلية التربية ووزارة التربية وأهم معوقات هذا التنسيق والتعاون، ومن أجل تحقيق أهداف البحث جرى استخدام المنهج الوصفي من خلال تصميم استبيان تألف من (25) عبارة توزعت على محورين، أما عينة البحث فقد تكونت من (45) من السادة أعضاء الهيئة التعليمية في كلية التربية في جامعة دمشق، و(22) من الموجهين التربويين العاملين في مديرية التربية في محافظة دمشق. وكان من أبرز نتائج البحث: - جاءت درجة توفر متطلبات التنسيق والتعاون بين كلية التربية ووزارة التربية متوسطة. - جاءت درجة معوقات التنسيق والتعاون بين كلية التربية ووزارة التربية مرتفعة. - لم توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات استجابات أفراد عينة البحث وفق متغير جهة العمل. - لم توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات استجابات أعضاء الهيئة التعليمية وفق متغير الصفة العلمية. - لم توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات استجابات الموجهين التربويين وفق متغير المؤهل العلمي للموجه.

The aim of this research is to know the degree of availability of the requirements and cooperation between the Faculty of Education and the Ministry of Education and its constraints from the point of view of the faculty members and educational mentors and the most important obstacles that hinder the coordination and cooperation. To achieve the aims of this research the analytical descriptive methodology is used by designing a questionnaire that has 25 statements distributed to two subjects. The research specimen constitutes of 45 member of the teaching and technical staff at the Faculty of Education in Damascus University, and 22 educational counsellors working the Damascus Directorate of Education. The most prominent results of the research are: - The degree of availability of the requirements and cooperation between the 1st cycle schools and the Faculty of Education is medium. - The degree of the obstacles between the 1st cycle schools and the Faculty of Education is medium. - No differences of statistical significance found between the averages of responses degrees of the research specimen members according to the variable of employer. - No differences of statistical significance found between the averages of responses degrees if the teaching and technical staff members according to the variable of scientific position. - No differences of statistical significance found between the averages of the responses degrees of the educational counsellors according to the academic qualification.
