The Study Aimed to Study the impact of Perceived organizational support on Impression Management and its dimensions (Job focused, Supervisor focused, and Self focused behaviors), Identify the role of personality traits as a moderator variable. The study was conducted on a sample of (384) employee in the governmental Universities in Cairo. The study found that mediating the perceptions of the administrative employees in the universities under study in perceived organizational support; also they practice the impression management behaviors in all dimensions (Job focused, Supervisor focused, and Self focused behaviors) with a moderate degree. The employees have agreeableness but in a low degree while the Conscientiousness is available in a moderate one. The study also found there is a negative and significant effect of perceived organization support on every dimension of Impression Management (Job focused, Supervisor focused, and Self focused tactics). Finally both agreeableness and conscientiousness as two personality traits do not modify the relationship between perceived organizational support and impressions management behaviors.
