|a الهدف من الدراسة هو تحديد العلاقة بين التعلم التنظيمي من خلال مستوياته الثلاث والأداء التنظيمي، لهذا الغرض تم إعداد استبيان لجمع البيانات وتوزيعها على أفراد عينة الدراسة (عمال شركة سونلغاز التوزيع بشار)، وتم الاعتماد على برنامج SPSS وبرنامج AMOS الذي يستخدم في نمذجة المعادلات الهيكلية، وكانت النتائج المتوصل إليها هي أنه توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين التعلم التنظيمي والأداء التنظيمي، لا توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين المستوى الفردي والأداء التنظيمي، لا توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين المستوى الجماعي والأداء التنظيمي، توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين المستوى التنظيمي والأداء التنظيمي.
|b The aim of the study is to determine the relationship between organizational learning through its three levels and organizational performance. For this purpose, a questionnaire was prepared to collect data and distribute it to the members of the study sample (workers of the Sonelgaz Distribution Company, Bechar), and the SPSS program and the AMOS program, which is used in modeling structural equations, were relied upon, and the results reached Is that there is a statistically significant relationship between organizational learning and organizational performance, there is no statistically significant relationship between the individual level and organizational performance, there is no statistically significant relationship between the team level and organizational performance, and there is a statistically significant relationship between the organizational level and organizational performance.
