المستخلص: هدف البحث إلى الاستفادة من التطبيقات التربوية للذكاء الاصطناعي في تحقيق التنمية المهنية المستدامة لمعلمات رياض الأطفال، وعرض الإطار المفاهيمي للتنمية المهنية المستدامة لمعلمات رياض الأطفال، والتعرف على أهم التطبيقات التربوية للذكاء الاصطناعي بمؤسسات رياض الأطفال، ورصد واقع التنمية المهنية المستدامة لمعلمات رياض الأطفال في محافظة الشرقية، وأهم المشكلات التي تحول دون توظيف التطبيقات التربوية للذكاء الاصطناعي في تحقيق ذلك، وسبل التغلب عليها، وطرح تصور مقترح لتحقيق التنمية المهنية المستدامة لمعلمات رياض الأطفال من خلال توظيف التطبيقات التربوية للذكاء الاصطناعي، واستخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتمثلت أدوات البحث في استبانة موجهة إلى معلمات رياض الأطفال، وتم التطبيق على عينة من معلمات رياض الأطفال ببعض مراكز محافظة الشرقية، وقد بلغ عددهن (130) معلمة، كما تمثلت أدوات البحث في مقابلة شخصية مع بعض موجهات رياض الأطفال، وقد بلغ عددهن (12) موجهة، ولقد أكدت نتائج البحث على ضعف وعي معلمات رياض الأطفال بأهمية استخدام التطبيقات التربوية للذكاء الاصطناعي، كما أشارت نتائج البحث إلى أن التطبيقات التربوية للذكاء الاصطناعي تسهم في تحقيق التنمية المهنية المستدامة لمعلمات رياض الأطفال، كما أنها تساعد على توفير وقت وجهد المعلمات مما يساعد على أداء المعلمات للمهام الموكلة إليهن بكفاءة، وقد أوصى البحث بنشر ثقافة الذكاء الاصطناعي، والاستفادة من تطبيقاته التربوية في تحقيق التنمية المهنية المستدامة لمعلمات رياض الأطفال، ونقل تلك الثقافة إلى أعضاء المجتمع الخارجي، كما أوصى البحث بضرورة الاهتمام بتطوير البنية التحتية من شبكات وأجهزة بمؤسسات رياض الأطفال لاستخدام التطبيقات التربوية للذكاء الاصطناعي وتحقيق التنمية المهنية المستدامة لمعلمات رياض الأطفال.

The research aimed to benefit from the educational applications of artificial intelligence in achieving sustainable professional development for kindergarten teachers, present the conceptual framework of sustainable professional development for kindergarten teachers, identify the most important educational applications of artificial intelligence in kindergarten institutions, monitore the reality of sustainable professional development for kindergarten teachers in Sharkia governorate, the most important problems that prevent the use of educational applications of artificial intelligence in achieving this, and ways to overcome them, and present a suggested proposal for achieving sustainable professional development for kindergarten teachers by employing the educational applications of artificial intelligence. The current research used the descriptive analytical method. The researcher did a questionnaire administered to the teachers of kindergarten institutions. The sample reached (130) teachers in some centers of the Sharkia Governorate. The researcher also conducted a personal interview with (12) kindergarten Supervisors in some centers of the Sharkia governorate. The results of the research confirmed the weak awareness of kindergarten teachers about the importance of using the educational applications of artificial intelligence. The research results also indicated that the educational applications of artificial intelligence contribute to achieving sustainable professional development for kindergarten teachers. It also saves the time and effort of the teachers, so they perform the tasks assigned to them efficiently. The research recommended spreading the culture of artificial intelligence and benefiting from its educational applications in achieving sustainable professional development for kindergarten teachers and transferring this culture to members of the external community. The research also recommended the need to pay attention to the infrastructure of networks and devices in kindergarten institutions for using the educational applications of artificial intelligence and achieving sustainable professional development for kindergarten teachers.
