|a تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن طرق مساهمة معايير الاعتماد المدرسي في تعزيز مبادئ الحوكمة في المدارس الأهلية في المملكة العربية السعودية. وقد استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لملاءمته أهداف وأسئلة الدراسة. وتمت دراسة معايير إحدى هيئات الاعتماد في الولايات المتحدة المختصة باعتماد مؤسسات التعليم العام، حيث تم ترجمتها ثم تحليلها واستخلاص مبادئ الحوكمة الواردة في تلك المعايير. وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن معايير الاعتماد المدرسي تتماشى بشكل كبير مع مبادئ الحوكمة، إذ تسهم هذه المعايير في تعزيز الشفافية، والإفصاح والمساءلة والعدالة، والمسؤولية، والامتثال القانوني، بالإضافة إلى التأكيد على النزاهة. كما اقترحت الدراسة سبلا للاستفادة من دلالات الحوكمة في معايير الاعتماد المدرسي لتطوير المدارس الأهلية السعودية، وطرحت عددًا من التوصيات.
|b The current study aims to reveal the patterns in which school accreditation standards contribute to enhancing governance principles in private schools in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The study used the descriptive analytical approach because it is appropriate for the objectives and questions of the study. The standards of one of the accreditation bodies in the United States specialized in accrediting public education institutions were studied, where they were translated, then analyzed, and the governance principles contained in those standards were extracted. The study results showed that school accreditation standards are mainly in line with governance principles, as these standards enhance transparency, disclosure, accountability, justice, responsibility, legal compliance, and emphasizing integrity. The study also suggested practical ways to benefit from the implications of governance in school accreditation standards to develop Saudi private schools and put forward several recommendations that can be implemented effectively.
