المستخلص: هدف البحث الحالي إلى الكشف عن مستوى ممارسة معلمي الأزهر الشريف الملتحقين ببرنامج إجازة التأهيل التربوي لكل من مهارات تخطيط الدرس، ومهارات استخدام تطبيقات جوجل والدافعية المهنية، وكذلك التعرف على العلاقة بين كل من مهارات تخطيط الدرس، ومهارات استخدام تطبيقات جوجل وبين الدافعية المهنية، والتتبؤ بالدافعية المهنية بمعلومية كل من مهارات تخطيط الدرس ومهارات استخدام تطبيقات جوجل، والكشف عن الفروق بين استجابات أفراد العينة في مهارات تخطيط الدرس ومهارات استخدام تطبيقات جوجل والدافعية المهنية والتي تعزى لمتغيرات (التخصص، وسنوات الخبرة). وكان عدد المعلمين المشاركين في عينة الدراسة الاستطلاعية (٢٢) معلما ومعلمة، والعينة الأساسية (٥٩) معلما ومعلمة، وبعد تطبيق أدوات البحث: بطاقة ملاحظة مهارات تخطيط الدرس، ومقياس مهارات استخدام تطبيقات جوجل، ومقياس الدافعية المهنية للمعلمين (وجميعها من إعداد الباحثين)، وبعد تحليل البيانات إحصائيا -توصل الباحثان إلى النتائج الآتية: مستوى ممارسة معلمي الأزهر الشريف الملتحقين ببرنامج إجازة التأهيل التربوي لمهارات تخطيط الدرس جاء بشكل متوسط، مستوى ممارسة معلمي الأزهر الشريف لمهارات استخدام تطبيقات جوجل جاء بشكل مرتفع، كما أن مستوى الدافعية المهنية لدى معلمي الأزهر الشريف جاء بشكل مرتفع، عدم وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين مهارات تخطيط الدرس والدافعية المهنية لمعلمي الأزهر الشريف الملتحقين ببرنامج إجازة التأهيل التربوي، ووجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين مهارات استخدام تطبيقات جوجل في مجتمعات التعلم والدافعية المهنية لمعلمي الأزهر الشريف، كما أنه لا يمكن التنبؤ بالدافعية المهنية للمعلمين من مهارات تخطيط الدرس، وإمكانية التتبؤ بالدافعية المهنية للمعلمين من مهارات استخدام تطبيقات جوجل، وعدم جود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.05) بين استجابات أفراد العينة في مهارات تخطيط الدرس، ومهارات استخدام تطبيقات جوجل والدافعية المهنية تعزى إلى التخصص (علمي- ثقافي، شرعي وعربي) وإلى سنوات الخبرة (أقل من 5 سنوات- من ٦- ١٠ سنوات- أكثر من ١١ سنة).

The aim of the current research is to reveal the level of practice of Al-Azhar teachers who are enrolled in the Educational Qualification License Program for lesson planning skills, skills of using Google applications and professional motivation, as well as identifying the relationship between lesson planning skills and skills of using Google applications and between professional motivation, and predicting professional motivation with information. Each of the lesson planning skills and the skills of using Google applications, and the detection of the differences between the responses of the sample members in the lesson planning skills, the skills of using Google applications and professional motivation, which are attributed to the variables (specialization, years of experience), the number of teachers participating in the pilot study sample was (22) male and female teachers and the basic sample is (59) male and female teachers, after applying the research tools: lesson planning skills note card, Google apps skills scale, and teacher professional motivation scale (all prepared by researchers), after analyzing the data statistically, the researchers reached the following results: Al-Azhar Al-Sharif teachers enrolled in the Educational Qualification License Program for Lesson Planning Skills was average, the level of practice of Al-Azhar teachers The skills of using Google applications were high, and the level of professional motivation among Al-Azhar teachers was high, there was no statistically significant relationship between lesson planning skills and the professional motivation of Al-Azhar teachers enrolled in the educational qualification leave program, and there was a statistically significant relationship between the skills of using Google applications. Google applications in learning societies and the professional motivation of teachers of Al-Azhar Al-Sharif, as it is not possible to predict the professional motivation of teachers from lesson planning skills, and the possibility of predicting the professional motivation of teachers from the skills of using Google applications, and there are no statistically significant differences at the level (0.05) between the responses of the sample members. In lesson planning skills, skills of using Google applications and professional motivation, they are attributed to specialization (scientific- cultural, legal and Arabic) and to years of experience (less than 5 years- from 6-10 years- more than 11 years.)
